A public sauna session lasts two hours and starts on the hour: Mon–Thu 14–20, Fri 12–21, Sat 9–21 and Sun 9–19. Each session has 24 places, so there is room on the benches even when the house is full.
The session includes the wood-heated main sauna, the steam sauna, changing rooms, showers and the jetty into the lake. In winter there is an ice hole at the end of the jetty, in summer swimming ladders. The saunas are shared, changing rooms are gender-neutral and swimwear is worn in the saunas.
